60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible AirRoutine products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, provided the product meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders are allocated to a scheduled shipment batch and production planning begins. Once allocated, orders cannot be cancelled.

We appreciate your understanding as inventory is managed in limited production batches to ensure fairness for all customers.


Shipping Timeframes

Certain products may be temporarily out of stock and available for purchase for the next scheduled fulfillment batch. The estimated shipping date is clearly displayed on the product page prior to checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the stated shipping timeline.

The 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the date of delivery.


Product Condition

Returned products must be new and unused and include all original components. Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Method

All returns are processed by mail. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, including the return label. We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will provide return instructions and work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund where applicable.
