Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. During peak periods or times of high demand, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.


Shipping Times

United States
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout and usually takes 3–5 business days.

International Shipping
International orders generally arrive within 10–15 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.


Important Notice

Due to strong demand for our AirRoutine systems, particularly during respiratory illness seasons, temporary shipping delays may occur. We work closely with our manufacturing and fulfillment partners to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.


Order Tracking

Tracking details are emailed within 24–48 hours after your order has been processed. Packages can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website. If you require assistance with tracking, please contact support@airroutine.store.


Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@airroutine.store. Our support team will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
